Research progress on early readmission of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention

The prognosis of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） has uncertainties,such as recurrent angina pectoris,chest pain,recurrent acute myocardial infarction and so on,resulting in early readmission of patients after PCI. Early readmission after PCI not only increases the economic burden of patients,but also increases the social medical burden. In order to reduce the early readmission after PCI and reduce the economic and social medical burden of patients,it is very important to understand the reasons,influencing factors and intervention methods of early readmission after PCI. This paper introduces the concept and incidence of early rehospitalization of patients after PCI,analyzes its influencing factors,and puts forward the methods of reducing the early readmission from the aspects of drug management,lifestyle intervention and emotional management.
