沈阳市2008-2018年户籍居民脑卒中死亡变化趋势分析

目的了解沈阳市户籍居民脑卒中死亡特征,为制定脑卒中防控政策提供依据。方法依据ICD-10编码提取沈阳市户籍居民全死因数据库中的脑卒中死亡数据,计算粗死亡率,标化死亡率,性别、年龄别死亡率,死亡构成比及相关指标,并进行趋势分析。结果 2008-2018年沈阳市户籍居民脑卒中死粗死亡率为173.11/10万(男性206.88/10万、女性139.81/10万),标化死亡率为117.42/10万(男性140.69/10万、女性94.99/10万),男性粗死亡率(X²=5 158.701,P<0.05)、标化死亡率(X²=8.977,P<0.05)均高于女性;脑卒中粗死亡率随年份变化呈现上升趋势(X²=1 102.135,P<0.05),标化死亡率呈现波动性变化趋势(X²=2.521,P>0.05);脑卒中粗死亡率随年龄增长呈上升趋势(X²=326 362.844,P<0.05),除5～岁组外,其他各年龄组男性粗死亡率均高于女性;缺血性脑卒中(χ^...

Trend of stroke mortality in Shenyang registered residents, 2008-2018

To understand the characteristics of stroke mortality in Shenyang registered residents，so as to provide abasis for formulating stroke prevention and control policies. Methods According to the ICD － 10 code，extract the strokedeathdata from the all － cause death database of Shenyang registered residents，and calculate crude mortality rate，standardizedmortality rate，gender and age specific mortality rate，death composition ratio and related indicators，and then perform trendanalysis. Ｒesults From 2008 to 2018，the crude mortality rate of stroke in Shenyang registered residents is 173. 11 /105( male206. 88 /105，female 139. 81 /105) ，and the standardized mortality rate is 117. 42 /105( male 140. 69 /105，female 94. 99 /105) .The crude mortality rate ( χ2 = 5 158. 701，P ＜ 0. 05) and standardized mortality rate ( χ2 = 8. 977，P ＜ 0. 05) of male arehigher than those of female. The crude mortality rate of stroke increases with the change of years( χ2 = 1 102. 135，P ＜ 0. 05) ，the standardized mortality rate shows a fluctuating trend( χ2 = 2. 521，P ＞ 0. 05) . The crude mortality rate of stroke increasedwith age( χ2 = 326 362. 844，P ＜ 0. 05) ，and the crude mortality rate of male is higher than that of female except the 5 ～ group.The crude mortality rate of ischemic stroke ( χ2 = 1 347. 661，P ＜ 0. 05) and hemorrhagic stroke( χ2 = 38. 604，P ＜ 0. 05)increase with years，the standardized mortality rate of ischemic stroke ( χ2 = 0. 471，P ＞ 0. 05) and hemorrhagic stroke( χ2 =3. 508，P ＞ 0. 05) shows a fluctuating trend，and the proportion of ischemic stroke death is 64. 51%. Conclusion From 2008to 2018，the mortality rate of stroke in Shenyang registered residents remains high，so we should focus on prevention and controland early screening，especially for male，the elderly and intervention on risk factors of ischemic stroke.
