摘    要:目的 评价不同口腔修复膜在牙种植引导骨组织再生(GBR)的临床效果。方法 选取行牙种植及GBR手术患者90例,随机分为两组,实验组(n=45)采用海奥口腔修复膜,对照组(n=45)采用钛膜,比较两组患者的治疗效果,植骨密度、骨厚度及术后不良反应的发生率。结果 实验组患者较对照组临床效果好,两组比较P<0.05;两组患者植骨密度、骨厚度比较,P<0.05;实验组不良反应发生率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 海奥口腔修复膜较肽膜更有利于牙种植GBR,临床效果更显著,不良反应发生率较低,适合在临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of different oral rehabilitation membranes in guided bone regeneration (GBR) of dental implantation. Methods Ninty patients were selected which underwent dental implantation GBR. They were randomly divided into two groups. The Experimental Group (n=45) was treated with HEAL-ALL dental rehabilitation membrane, while the Control Group (n=45) was treated with titanium membrane. The postoperative therapeutic effects, bone density, thickness and the occurrence of complications were compared between two groups. Results The postoperative therapeutic effects of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, (P<0.05). There was statistical significance on bone density and thickness of bone graft between two groups (P<0.05). The occurrence rate of postoperative complications of HEAL-ALL group was significantly lower than that of titanium group (P<0.05). Conclusion The HEAL-ALL membranes were beneficial to the bone regeneration of dental implantation. The postoperative therapeutic effects were significant and the occurrence rate of complications was very low, so it is suitable for clinical application.
