老年人阵发性心房纤颤38例临床分析

目的 探讨老年人阵发性房颤的临床特点。方法 本文对38例老年人阵发性房颤患者进行临床分析,其中冠心病26例,高血压性心脏病8例,风湿性心瓣膜病、病态窦房结综合症、老年退行性心瓣膜病、甲亢性心脏病各1例。结果和结论 病因以冠心病居首位。以劳累、感染为主要诱发因素,多于急性左心功能不全伴发。针对其发病率、诱发因素、临床表现、心电图及超声心动图特点及治疗进行全面分析,总结出老年阵发性房颤的特点。

Clinical analysis of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in 38 elderly patients Ge Chenglin

Objective Investigate clinical characteristic of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in elderly patients. Methods We had analysed 38 elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrilllation , the underlying diseases included coronary heart disease ( n = 26 ) , hypertensive heart disease ( n = 8 ) , rheumatic valvular heart disease ( n = 1 ) and thyrotoxic heart disease (n = 1 ) . Results and Conclusion Major precipitating factors were exertion and infection. Most of patients were accompained by acute left heart dysfunctron.
