| 摘 要： | 目的:测定不同产地斑蝥药材体内不同形态斑蝥素的含量.方法:运用高效液相色谱法测定5个产地斑蝥游离斑蝥素和总斑蝥素的含量.用氯仿提取游离斑蝥素,酸水解提取总斑蝥素.结果:加酸提取后斑蝥中斑蝥素含量显著升高;不同产地斑蝥药材中游离斑蝥素含量接近,平均含量为1.01%,总斑蝥素含量为游离斑蝥素的1.85倍.结论:酸水解处理后... |

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the contents of cantharidin in different existing forms of Mylabris from different areas.Methods: The total cantharidin obtained by acidolysis method and the free cantharidin obtained by direct extraction method were determined in Mylabris from five different areas by HPLC.Results: The content of cantharidin in Mylabris was increased significantly after extraction with acid.The contents of free cantharidin were similar in Mylabris from different producing areas,averaged as 1.01%.The content of total cantharidin was 1.85 times higher than the free one.Conclusions: The extraction rate of cantharidin increases after using the acidolysis method.Total cantharidin can reflect the toxicological effect and quality of Mylabris. |
