| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药愈肝汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)的临床疗效和安全性.方法:将68例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为2组.治疗组34例以愈肝汤联合阿德福韦酯进行治疗,对照组34例单用阿德福韦酯治疗.结果:治疗组在中医征候和临床症状的改善、HBeAg,HBV-DNA转阴率、肝功能的恢复好转、不良反应的降低等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:愈肝汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎能提高疗效、改善临床症状并减少药物的不良反应. |
