| 摘 要： | 临床护理教学是护理教育的重要组成部分,是培养合格护理人才的关键所在。由于目前临床护理教学资源的相对缺乏以及患者维权意识的增加,使传统的以病人为对象的实习模式越来越行不通,而模拟教学为顺利开展临床护理教学提供了新的思路。本文介绍了模拟教学的概念、发展、特点以及在临床护理教学中的应用,建议通过加强护理模拟实验室建设,鼓励开展护理模拟教学理论与实践的研究,将模拟教学应用到临床护理教学中,以提高临床护理教学质量。

| Abstract: | Clinical teaching is an important part of nursing education.Performance on real patients is more and more difficult as the clinical practice resource are shorting and the patients' aware of protection right are increasing.Simulation teaching,a new face in nursing clinical teaching emerged.This article introduced the concept,development and characteristics of simulation teaching,also introduced the utilization in anesthesia,emergence,obstetric,surgical,medical and nursing education.Some suggestions were proposed that simulation teaching should be used in nursing clinical teaching more widely by establishing nursing simulation teaching lab,encouraging nurse staff to research in nursing simulation teaching. |
