不同血红蛋白水平对维持性血液透析患者心血管事件发生率的影响

目的观察不同血红蛋白（Hb）水平对维持性血液透析（MHD）患者心血管事件发生率的影响。方法规律血液透析患者78例,根据不同Hb水平由低到高分为3组,比较各组患者心血管事件的发生率。结果高于Hb靶目标值组心血管事件发生率及病死率均高于另外两组,5/23（21.7%）例发生心血管事件,1/23（8.6%）例死亡,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论过度纠正贫血,将Hb升高到高于靶目标值的水平对MHD患者的心血管事件发生率及远期生存率是不利的。

Association of cardiovascular events and different level of hemoglobin in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the influence of different level of hemoglobin on cardiovascular events in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods 42 maintenance hemodialysis patients were enrolled in this study,they were divided into three groups according to the level of hemoglobin,the incidence of cardiovascular events in each group was evaluated. Results Significant difference in cardiovascular events was documented in patients with higher target hemoglobin level and the other two groups. 5 cases out of 23 （21.7% ）were identified with cardiovascular events and 1 （8. 6% ）case dead. The difference is notable （ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Excessive correcting anemia with higher than target value is not benefit for eardiovascular events and survival.
