| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定天麻素胶囊含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Tc～C18柱（150mm×4．6mm,5μm）,以甲醇-水（5：95）为流动相,检测波长为220nm,流速为0．8mL／min,柱温为40℃。结果天麻素质量浓度在6．45～96．78μg／mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9998）,平均回收率为99．34％,RSD为0．36％（n=9）。结论该法操作简便、结果可靠、重现性好,较原标准方法可更好地控制天麻素胶囊的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of gastrodin in Gastrodin Granule. Methods The analytical column was the Agilent Tc- C18 （150 mm× 4. 6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （5：95）. The flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min and the column temperature was 40 ℃. The determination wavelength was 220 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 6.45 - 96. 78 μg/mL（ r = 0. 999 8）. The average recovery rate was 99.34%, RSD was 0. 36% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and reproducible for the quality control of gastrodin in Gastrodin Granule. |
