狂犬病病毒的形态和形态发生学观察

应用疑有狂犬病的狗的脑悬浮液注射入10只乳鼠大脑内。这些乳鼠15天内全部死亡。用电镜观察了这些鼠的下丘脑部,发现有数量不等、大小和形状各异的胞质内的内格黑氏包涵小体和子弹形的病毒基质。在包涵小体中,可以见到几个宿主细胞的细胞器、未命名的小管空泡结构和颗粒状小灶。在神经胶质细胞和细胞外腔看不到病毒颗粒。

Morphological and Morphogenetic Observation of Rabies Virus

Brain suspension of a suspected rabies dog was inoculated intracerebral-ly 10 sucking mice.All of them died in 15 days.Hypothalamus of mice was observed by electron microscopy.Intracytoplasmic Negri's inclusion bodies varying in number,size and shape with the viral matrix and bullet-like about virus particles were found.The virions have envelope and surface spikes,budding from intracytoplasmic membrane.Several cell organells of host cell and unknown tubular-vacuole structures and granular focus could be seen in the inclusion body.Virus particles could not be found in the glial cell and extracellular spaces.The above-mentioned characteristic is identified with that of morphology and morphogenesis of rabies virus.
