手部逆行皮肤撕脱伤的显微外科修复

目的探讨手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤的修复方法。方法应用显微外科技术通过吻合浅静脉，修复手部皮肤撕脱伤11例。结果皮肤全部成活者8例，2例手掌心有少部分皮肤坏死，1例手背撕脱皮瓣近心端皮肤部分坏死，给予游离植皮后成活。术后随访6个月～2年，患手外形美观，皮肤质地柔软，耐磨能力强，基本恢复了原来的功能。结论应用显微外科技术吻合浅静脉修复手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤可取得较好的效果，手术适应证的把握，高质量的血管吻合，积极的术后康复是手术成功的关键。

Microsurgical repair of skin-degloving injury of hand

Objective To investigate the treatment methods of skin-degloving injury of hand skin. Methods Microsurgical technique was used for reconstruction of the blood supply of 11 cases. superficial vein was anastomosed.Results The all cases were survived completely except 2 cases with parts skin necrosis in palmar hand skin,1 case in dorsal hand.Conclusion Microsurgical technique in repairing skin-degloving injury of hand can achieve good results.The keys to success are suitable indication, good vascular anastomosis,active and early postoperative rehabilitation.
