中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压35例临床观察

观察中西医结合治疗 2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法　选择 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者 68例 ,随机分为 2组。 2组常规给予降糖药控制血糖 ,对照组 3 3例降压给予口服赖诺普利片1 0～ 2 0mg,每日 1次。治疗组 3 5例在对照组基础上加服中药辨证治疗。 2组均 1个月为 1个疗程。结果　治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 91 .4%和 75 .8%,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压疗效确切

Clinical effect of integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension

Objective To investigate the effect of integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods 68 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Patients in control group (n=33) were treated by routine therapy. Patients in treatment group (n=35) were treated by combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and routine therapy with a course of a month in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (91.4%) was markedly higher than that in control group (75.8%, P<0.05). Conclusion Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine could effectively treat type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.
