肝癌介入治疗后发生肝脓肿的危险因素分析

目的：分析肝癌介入治疗后发生脓肿的可能危险因素，为临床治疗和预防介入术后肝脓肿提供依据。方法：2004年9月2008年3月肝癌介入治疗后发生肝脓肿15例，非肿瘤肝脓肿4例，再随机抽取同期17例肝癌介入治疗后无肝脓肿患者作为对照组。收集各研究对象的血常规，肝肾功能，凝血功能，肿瘤标记物和影像学及临床表现等资料，分析介入后发生肝脓肿的高危因素。结果：肝癌肝脓肿患者在性别构成（P=0．005）、胆道损伤（P=0．034）、营养状况（血红蛋白水平P=0．001；血清白蛋白水平P=0．029）、原发性肿瘤构成比（P=0．013）方面和对照组有统计学差异。结论：女性患者和转移性肿瘤患者发生介入后肝脓肿的机会更高，减少胆道损伤和改善患者营养状况有助于减少介入后肝脓肿发生。

Study on the Risk Factors of Liver Abscess after Interventional Therapy
