C-erbB2、P53表达与子宫内膜样腺癌的临床意义研究

目的:探讨C-erbB2和P53表达与子宫内膜样腺癌侵袭、组织分化和转移的关系。方法:应用S-P免疫组化法对38例原发性子宫内膜样腺癌组织进行了C-erbB2和P53检测。结果:C-erbB2和P53在子宫内膜样腺癌中阳性表达率分别为57.9%和55.3%,而在正常子宫内膜组织中无表达;C-erbB2表达与子宫内膜样腺癌的手术-病理分期、组织分化相关(P<0.05),P53表达与子宫内膜样腺癌的手术-病理分期相关(P<0.05),而与组织分化无关(P>0.05);C-erbB2表达与P53表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:C-erbB2和P53表达对判断子宫内膜样腺癌的恶性程度、预测肿瘤侵袭转移和评估预后是一种良好指标。

The research on the expression of C-erbB2 and p53 in endometrial adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective:To explore the relationship between the expression of C-erbB2 & p53 on carcinogenesis progression and tissue differentiation and metastasis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods:The expression of C-erbB2 and p53 in 38 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma was detected by SP immunohistochemical technique.Results:The positive rate of C-erbB2 and p53 was 57.8% and 55.3% respectively.But the C-erbB2 and p53 were not expressed in the normal endometrial tissue.C-erbB2 was correlated with the histologic grading and clinical staging of endometrial adenocarcinoma and correlated with the tissue differentiation.However,p53 was correlated with the histologic grading and clinical staging of endometrial adenocarcinoma and not associated with tissue differentiation.The expression of C-erbB2 was positively correlated with that of p53.Conclusion:The expression of C-erbB2 and p53 in endometrial adenocarcinoma are useful markers to evaluate the degree of malignancy and biological behavior tumors,which can also predict the prognosis of patients.
