摘    要:目的建立可同时测定维生素强化食品中7种水溶性维生素的超高效液相色谱法。方法采用梯度洗脱超高效液相色谱法,Waters ACQUITY UPLC^TM BEH C18柱(2.1mm×50mm,1.7μm),流动相A为辛烷磺酸钠0.8g/L水溶液(冰乙酸调pH=2.8);B为甲醇,检测波长270nm,流速0.4ml/min。结果各种维生素含量测定方法的线性关系良好,r=0.9992—0.9998,回收率98.1%~100.2%,RSD=0.17—0.72。用该法测定了市售维生素饮料和维生素强化食品中维生素的含量,结果准确。结论本方法操作简便,分析速度快,灵敏度高,精密度好,结果准确可靠。

Abstract:Objective To establish ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) method for the analysis of vitamin B1 ,B2, B6, C,folic acid, nicotinic acid and nicotinamide. Methods UPLC was adapted on Waters ACQUITY UPLC^TM BEH C18 column(2. 1 mm ×50 mm,1.7 μm) ,the mobile phase consisted of A:0. 8 g/L 1 - Octanesulfonic acid sodium salt hydrate and B: methanol, the detection was set at 270 nm, and the flow rate was 0. 4 ml/min. Results In the linear range the correlation coefficients ranged from 0. 999 3 to 0. 999 8. The average recoverie rates were 98. 1% - 100. 2% with corresponding RSD of 0. 17 - 0. 72. The method was successfully applied for determination of vitamin in vitamin beverages and fortified foods. Conclusion This method is proved to be of good speed,specificity,sensitivity and accuracy.
