上海地区蚊虫对常用杀虫剂的抗性及防治对策

摘    要:目的分别测定2003~2007年间上海地区淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊和白纹伊蚊对3种常用杀虫剂的抗性,了解其抗性发生状况。方法采用WHO推荐使用的浸渍法。结果上海地区淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊和白纹伊蚊均对敌敌畏产生高抗性,其最高抗性倍数分别达到79.47、430.58和74.81倍。除部分区县蚊虫对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯产生高抗性外,其他地区蚊虫抗性都相对较低,有的地区甚至还保持敏感性。结论杀虫剂的长期大量使用使蚊虫抗性明显提高,增大了蚊虫防治难度。在蚊虫防治过程中,应及时监测蚊虫抗性,并根据抗性情况科学合理使用化学杀虫剂。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Cx. pipeus palleus and Aedes albopictus to three kinds of insecticides in Shanghai and provide scientific evidence for its control. Methods The dipping method recommended by WHO was used. Results Cx. tritaeniorhynchus, Cx. pipens pallens and Ae. albopictus had high resistance to dichlorvos, and the maximum resistance ratios were 430. 58, 79.47 and 74. 81 respectively. Except that mosquito in some districts had high resistance to dehamethrin and cypermethrin, its resistance to these two insecticides had relatively low resistance in other districts. In several districts such as Huangpu district, Baoshan district and chongming district, it was even sensitive to these common used insecticides. Conclusion It is necessary for mosquito control to use insecticides scientificalhy based on its resistance.
