镇江口岸蚊类种群和季节消长调查研究

摘    要:目的掌握镇江口岸蚊类的种群和季节消长情况,为开展口岸蚊类防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用人帐诱捕法,定点、定人、定时在3个不同生态环境点上进行诱捕。结果共捕获成蚊621只,密度为8.63只/(帐·人工小时),蚊虫经鉴定为4属8种,其中淡色库蚊为优势蚊种。镇江口岸3月下旬开始出现蚊虫,6月份达到最高峰,9月份以后密度下降,12月底蚊虫消失。结论随着长江口岸不断开发利用,生态环境正在变化,蚊类种群、密度和季节消长将随之变化,应加强蚊类的监测和控制,尤其是加强对外来蚊种和新发现蚊种的监测和控制。

Abstract:Objective To reveal population and seasonal growth and decay of mosquitoes in the river ports of Zhenjiang area so as to provide scientific base for mosquito control and for the sanitation monitor. Methods Nettrapping, mosquitoes were captured at fixed time and locations by fixed persons. Results For this research, altogether 621 mature mosquitoes were captured with a density of 8. 63 pieces per net per hour, and could be categorized into 4 genera and 8 species, among which the majority was Culex pipens pallens. Mosquitoes appeared in late March in the river ports of Zhenjiang area, and the maximum occured in July, then in September, the density tended to decline. They completely disappeared in December. Conclusion With the constant exploration of the Yangtze River ports, the mosquito population, density and seasonal fluctuation are changing with the ecological environments, therefore, monitoring and controlling of mosquitoes, especially newly discovered species should be reinforced.
