德国小蠊抗药性检测方法的研究

摘    要:目的用2种方法检测德国小蠊对杀虫剂的抗药性并进行比较,探讨强迫接触法用于德国小蠊抗药性检测的可行性。方法药膜法和强迫接触法。结果用药膜法测定德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、残杀威和敌敌畏的抗性系数分别是11.80、3.16、3.48和1.97;而用强迫接触法测定德国小蠊对上述4种药剂的抗性系数分别为12.95、4.23、3.84和2.26。将2种方法测得的抗性系数进行t检验(t=3.163,P=0.051>0.05),2组结果无显著性差异。结论强迫接触法用于德国小蠊抗性检测是可行的。

Abstract:Objective To compare two different testing methods for the chemical resistances of Blattella germanica to insecticides and evaluate the feasibility for the usage of the forced exposure method in the detection of the insecticide resistance of Blattella germanica. Methods Insecticide film method and the forced exposure method. Results Resistance folds to beta cypermethrin,deltamethrin,arprocarb and dichlorvos by the Blattella germanica detected with the insecticide film method were 11.80,3.16,3.48 and 1.97 folds respectively; while these detectedby the forced exposure method were 12.95,4. 23, 3.84 and 2. 26 folds, and there was no significant difference between the resistance coefficients analyzed by t test. Conclusion It is feasible to detect the insecticide resistance by the forced exposure method.
