卫生杀虫产品质量控制检测方法的研究

摘    要:目的对3种常见家卫杀虫产品的部分质量检测方法进行探讨,为控制这几种卫生杀虫剂的质量控制提供依据。方法气相色谱内标法。结果杀虫气雾剂的2种样品处理方法的重现性RSD分别是1.68%~2.00%和0.49%~0.94%,盘式蚊香的2种热贮方法的降解率分别是9.24%和2.65%,电热蚊香片的2种样品抽取方法的含量测定RSD是1.81%和0.24%。结论杀虫气雾剂有效成分含量测定喷出取样配制法(方法2)优于剖罐取样配制法(方法1);盘式蚊香粉末密闭热贮法优于市售包装热贮法;电热蚊香片有效成分含量测定5片抽取法优于单片抽取法。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the part quality inspection of three kinds of household insecticides,and to pro- vide basis on controlling the quality of household insecticides. Methods Gas chromatography. Results The reproducibility RSD of these two ways for aerosol's preparation were 1.68% - 2. 00% and 0. 49% - 0. 94% ; the degradation ratio of the two ways for mosquito coils storage by high temperature were 9. 24% and 2, 65% ; the RSD of determination of two sample ways for the electric device (mat) were 1.81% and O. 24%. Conclusion The method 2 is better than method 1 for preparation of aerosol, the method 1 is better than method 2 for high temperature storage of mosquito coils, the method 2 is better than method 1 for sample methods of electric device (mat).
