临床教学医院研究生班管理与人才培养改革探索与实践

2005年以来,北京大学医学部对医学类研究牛尝试探索新的管理模式,针对临床教学医院研究牛的特点,实行纵向班管理.本文介绍了北京大学第三医院在纵向班管理实践中创立的"班级集体科研立项课题"研究生管理和人才培养模式的实践与取得的经验.该管理模式赋予班级集体较高层次的思想丰题,在增强班级凝聚力、发挥班级研究生学业及技术专长、提高学牛参与社会的实践能力上都具有明最的优势与特色,在临床教学医院研究生的培养上是一种值得推广的组织形式.选题立项、指导教师团队、活动经费与行政支持等是该组织管理模式成功的关键.

Exploration and practice of postgraduate class administration and personnel training method in clinical teaching hospital

Since 2005 Peking university health Science Center has explored and practiced a new"vertical class administration" and personnel training method,by which the whole class students together carried out a co-research project.In this article we introduced our experiences of this new administration method.It provided the students a much valuable aim with a team spirit,which has special feature and great benefits in fulfilling themselves as postgraduate students and showing their social valHe.It also provided the students a social practice opportunity.The new method is worthy to be applied and popularized in a larger scale.And,project chosen,consultants'research background,financial and administration supports are all the key points for the new model.
