恶性脑胶质瘤局部治疗新技术及疗效观察

目的总结和分析恶性脑胶质细胞瘤局部治疗新技术及临床疗效。方法我科收治379例恶性脑胶质细胞瘤患者,根据肿瘤部位及性质不同采用不同的治疗方法,术后定期复诊及随访。结果随访时间6-84个月。6个月之内有效率达88.9％。6个月以上,临床治愈39例。影像学治愈24例,治愈率达16.6％。1年生存期66.8％,3年生存期43.2％,5年生存期30.1％,7年生存期23％。与传统治疗相比有显著差别。结论脑胶质细胞瘤恶性程度高,传统治疗效果差,不同部位采用相应联合新技术治疗能有效提高患者生存质量,延长其生命。

Observe on the Curative Effect of New Local Treatment Technic in Malignant Encephalic Glioma

Objective To summarize and analyze a new treatment technic of malignant encephalic glioma and its clinic curative effect. Methods 379 patients were treated by different method according to the tumor＇ s position and quality, and reexamined after operation. Results Follow-up of the patients from 6 to 84 months is showed as follow： The effective rate was 88.9% within 6 months. After 6 monthes, there is 39 cases of clinical cure,24 cases of mageology cure, total cure rate was 16.6%. A survival rate of 1 year reached 66.8% , 3 years reached 43.2% , and 5 years reached 30.1%, 7 years reached 23%. There are significantly difference compared with traditional treatment. Conclusion The malignancy grade of encephalic glioma is very high, and tradition- al treatment have unsatisfied effect. The application of new treatment technic on gliomas may improve the life quality of patients and increase their life span.
