农民工结核病发病因素分析

目的探讨秦皇岛地区农民工结核病发病的危险因素，为制定区域结核病控制的行为干预措施提供依据。方法以秦皇岛地区2006-2007年结核病控制项目登记发现的农民工中240名结核病患者为病例组，采用1：1配对病例对照研究方法，进行回顾性调查分析其发病危险因素。结果病例组与对照组性别、年龄、文化差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；两组的结核病接触史（X^2=18.556）、卡介苗接种卡痕情况（X^2=54.017）差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论既往有结核病接触史的农民工结核发病率增加，而卡介苗接种有卡痕对结核预防有保护作用。因而结核病接触史、无卡介苗接种史等因素是该地区农民工结核发病危险因素。

Analysis on Risk Factors That Cause Tuberculosis in the Migrant Workers

Objective To explore the risk factors that cause tuberculosis among migrant workers in Qinhuangdao and provide basis for establishing regional TB controUing measures. Methods The cases group were composed of 240 tuberculosis cases found in the TB controlling programme among migrant workers in Qinhuangdao from 2006 to 2007. 11 matched case-control study method was designed to collect related data, retrospective review was also carried out to analyse risk factors that cause the disease. Results The discrepancy between case group and control group in their gender, age and education have no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05）, The discrepancy between two groups in their contact history（X^2=18.586）, and the sear of inoculating BCG vaccine（X^2=54.017） have statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The incidence of illness of migrant workers with TB contact history win increase, and workers with the sear of inoculating BCG vaccine have protective effect against TB. therefore, TB contact history and vacancy of sear of inoculating BCG vaccine are risk factors that cause TB in migrant workers in this district.
