卡维地洛辅治老年糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的观察卡维地洛辅治糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将76例老年糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组采用常规治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予卡维地洛治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效,并观察2组心功能分级、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末内经(LVEDD)及左室收缩末内径(LVESD)。结果观察组总有效率为86.8%高于对照组的76.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后心功能分级、LVEF、LVEDD及LVESD较治疗前均有所改善,且观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛辅治糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭效果显著。

Effect observation of carvedilol in elderly diabetes complicated with chronic heart failure

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of earvedilol in elderly diabetes complicated with chronic heart failure. Methods 76 cases of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic heart disease were randomly di- vided into observation group and control group, each of 38 cases. Control group used conventional treatment; Based on the con- trol group, observation group was given carvedilol. After treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups. Observed the cardiac function classification,left ventricular ejection fraction （ LVEF ） , left ventrieular end-diastohc diameter （ LVEDD ） and left ventricular end systolic diameter（LVESD） of two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group（ 86.8% ） was higher than that in control group （76.3 % ）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the heart function classification, LVEF, LVEDD and LVESD of two groups were improved, and observation group were better than control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of carvedilol in elderly diabetic patient complicated with chronic heart failure is effective.
