早期乳腺癌保乳手术治疗近期效果观察

目的探讨保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的治疗近期效果。方法选取保乳手术治疗的早期乳腺癌患者45例作为治疗组,另选取同期采取改良根治术治疗的早期乳腺癌患者60例作为对照组。观察2组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量及术后并发症情况。结果治疗组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率为8.9%低于对照组的21.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌近期效果显著,值得推广应用。

Clinical recent effect of breast conserving surgery therapy of early breast cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical recent effect of breast conserving surgery therapy of early breast cancer. Methods 45 cases patients of breast conserving operation for treatment of early breast cancer were regarded as treat- ment group. During the same period by modified radical mastectomy of early breast cancer in 60 cases were set as control group. The operation time, hospitalization time, intraoperative bleeding and postoperative complications were observed in two groups. Results The operation time, hospitalization time of treatment group was shorter than those of control group ;The intrao- perative bleeding was less than that of control group（P 〈 0.05） ;The complication rate was significantly lower than that of con- trol group, there were significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Breast conserving surgery therapy of early stage breast cancer is recent effective and should be widely applied.
