| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨血清髓过氧化物酶（MPO）与急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）的相关关系.[方法]选择用Judkin’s法行选择性冠状动脉造影检查的84例入选者分为不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）组27例、急性心肌梗死（AMI）组28例和正常对照组29例,采用ELISA法测定血清MPO水平.[结果]UAP组和AMI组患者血清MPO水平均显著高于正常对照组,AMI组MPO水平显著高于UAP组;再依据病变范围及狭窄程度对UAP组和AMI组进行分组观察,见随着病变范围的增加和狭窄程度的提高,MPO水平均呈现出显著增高趋势.[结论]ACS患者血清MPO水平显著升高,而血清MPO水平与病变范围及狭窄程度呈正相关. |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between levels of serum myeloperoxidase（MPO）and acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.METHODS Using Judkin＇s method,84 patients performed with the selective coronary angiography were divided into UAP group（n=27）,AMI group（n=28）and control group（n=29）.The levels of serum MPO were detected by ELISA.RESULTS The levels of serum MPO were significantly higher in UAP group and AMI group than in control group and in AMI group than in UAP group,and had significantly increasing tendency along with the extension of lesion and aggravation of stenotic degree.CONCLUSION The levels of serum MPO are significantly increased in ACS patients and positive correlation with the extension of lesion and stenotic degree. |
