摘    要:
本文用CB微核法观察了30例恶性肿瘤患者放射治疗前后外周血淋巴细胞微核率、微核细胞率的变化及其剂量效应关系。结果表明放疗后患者的微核率、微核细胞率明显升高,与累积剂量间呈线性正比关系,回归方程分别为:YMNF=39.27+0.71x,YMNCF=34.05+0.58x,其R2值分别为0.9720,0.9782(P<0.01),有较好的拟合度。其中10例食管癌患者放疗后,疗效较优的6例微核率明显高于疗效差的4例(P<0.01),提示机体或局部肿瘤对照射的敏感性不同,微核率的改变与疗效有关系。

Abstract:
We applied the Cytokinesis-block Micronucleus Test (CB-MNT) to measure peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus frequencies (MNF), micronucleus cell frequencies(MNCF) and dose effect of 30 cases suffering for cancer at the entry and the end of radiotherapy. The results showed that the Patients treated by radiotherapy had a significant dose effect in MNF and MNCF. linear regression equations were obtained: YMNF = 39.27 + 0. 71x, R2 = 0. 9720(P < 0.01 ), YMNCF = 34. 05 + 0. 58x, R2 = 0. 782(P < 0. 01 ), respeCtively. In 10 patients with esophageal cancer after radiotherapy, the effectiveness was in keeping with the MNF, this means the fact that the more effectiveness and the more MNF (P < 0. 01 ), that is to say, the difference of MNF showed the difference of radiosensibility in those patients.
