输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗复杂性输尿管结石临床分析

目的探讨经尿道输尿管镜腔内钬激光碎石治疗复杂性榆尿管结石的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析2011年8月-2012年8月我院采用经尿道输尿管镜下腔内钬激光碎石处理复杂性输尿管中下段结石116例患者的临床资料。结果116例复杂性榆尿管中下段结石患者经输尿管镜腔内钬激光碎石治疗，手术均成功，结石清除率达100％，无严重并发症发生。结论经尿道输尿管镜腔内钬激光碎石术是治疗复杂性输尿管中下段结石的一种安全、有效手段，其效果确切，并发症少，术后恢复快。

Analysis of clinical efficacy of ureteroscopic holmium laser iithotripsy for ureteral complicated calculi

Objective To evaluate and analysis the effectiveness and safety of transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment complicated ureteral calculi. Methods Clinical data of 116 cases of patients in the hospital during August 2012~ August 2013 using transurethral ureteroscopic holmium complex cavity under the mid-lower ureteral calculi were retrospectively analyzed. Results The operation of 116 cases of mid-lower ureteral calculi with ureteroscope and holmium laser lithotripsy was successful, stone clearance rate was 100% without severe complication. Conclusion Transurethral ureteroscopic holmium： YAG laser lithotripsy was a safe, effective method with fewer complications and faster postoperative recovery.
