小梁切除术中三种巩膜瓣处理方法的对比研究

目的观察小梁切除术中三种巩膜瓣处理方法的临床疗效。方法选择34例（48眼）中、晚期原芡性开角型青光眼患者，按巩膜瓣处理方法随机分为A组普通切削式巩膜瓣、B组隧道式巩膜瓣、C组普通巩嗅瓣＋丝裂霉素C（MMC），术式均采用常规小梁切除术。术后随访观察视力、眼压、滤泡、前房、并发症等。结果A组手术成功9眼，B组手术成功14眼，C组手术成功15眼，3组比较差异有显著性。结论采用巩膜隧遵刀制作巩膜瓣的青光眼小粱切除术，具有操作简单，降压效果好，恢复快，并发症少等优点，效果较为理想。

Contrastive study of three Scleral flap methods in trabeculectomy

Objective To observe the treatment effect of three Scleral flap methods in trabeculectomy. Methods Select 34 cases （48） In the mid and late stage, primary open angle glaucoma, randomly divided them into A group of ordinary cutting of scleral flap, B group of Tunnel sclera] flap, C group of Ordinary scleral flap ＋MMC, Operation were treated with trabeculectomy. The visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber, follicular, complications such as postoperative follow-up. Results There were 9 cases successful in group A, 14 eases were successful eases in group B and 15 eases were successful in group C. Therefore, the results show that difference among three groups was significant. Conclusion Trabeculectomy with scleral tunnel knife making sclera flap resection has the advantages of simple operation, quick recovery, good antihypertensive effect and fewer complications, the effect is ideal.
