摘    要:
目的:建立分光光度法测定桂枝汤水提液中总多糖含量的方法.方法:以葡萄糖为对照品,苯酚-硫酸比色法测定桂枝汤水提液中总多糖的含量.结果:葡萄糖在19.62 ~ 117.70 mg·L-1与吸光度成良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD 2.5% (n =6).结论:该方法简便易行,重复性良好,可作为桂枝汤水提液中总多糖含量测定的方法.

Abstract:
Objective:To develop a method for content determination of total polysaccharide in Guizhitang decoction. Method: Glucose was used as the reference substance, and phenol-sulfuric acid was applied as coloring reagent to determine the content of total polysaccharide. Result: The calibration curve of glucose showed good linearity in the range of 19.62-117.70 mg·L-1. The average recovery rate was 99.28%, and RSD was 2.5% (n=6). Conclusion: The determination method is simple, sensitive and accurate, which can be used for evaluating the content of total polysaccharide in Guizhitang decoction.
