小剂量肝素对冠状动脉造影术的影响分析

目的：评价小剂量肝素对冠状动脉造影（CAG）术的可行性和安全性。方法：将150例择期行CAG的病人随机分为常规肝素组（即动脉鞘管置入后经硝管给予肝索3000IU）；无肝索组（鞘管及造影导管均于体外用肝素生理盐水冲洗）；小剂量肝素组（即动脉鞘管置入后经鞘管给予肝索1000IU）；观察CAG期间及其后48小时内病人发生卒中、新发生的外周动静脉血栓、穿刺与非穿刺部位出血、假性动脉瘤与动静脉瘘、死亡等并发症情况。结果：常规肝素组出血并发症较另外两组明显增加（P＜0．05）；而无肝素组则较易出现栓塞并发症；小剂量肝素组出血并发症低，无栓塞并发症发生，卧床时间缩短、痛苦小等优点。结论：小剂量肝素对CAG术是安全的、可行的。
