孕妇配偶的压力与性格特征的相关性

目的:描述孕妇配偶的压力水平及性格特征,探讨压力与性格特征的相关性。方法:对167例孕妇配偶用妊娠压力量表测量其压力水平,用艾森克个性问卷测量其性格特征,并分析性格特征对压力的影响。结果:压力量表测量赤示孕妇配偶的压力处于中等水平(M=1.53);艾森克个性问卷示孕妇配偶E因子(性格内外向)、P因子(精神病质)、N因子(神经质)及L因子(掩饰程度)均高于常模,具有性格内向,有精神病质和神经质双重倾向,与常模(n=1000)比较,差异有显著性意义(t=22.32～34.88,P均>0.05);孕妇配偶的压力水平与精神病质、性格内外向及神经质得分成正相关(r=0.196～0.347,P<0.05)。结论:孕妇配偶存在中等程度的压力,其不良性格特征会增加压力,提示临床护理工作者可以用艾森克个性问卷对孕妇配偶进行心理测试,对于有不良性格特征的孕妇配偶应给予重点关注。

A correlation of the stress and the character traits of the pregnant women''''s spouses

AIM:To describe the stress level and the character traits of pregnant women's spouses and to explore their correlation. METHODS:The stress level and the character traita of 167 pregnant women's spou ses were assessed respectively by the Pregnancy Stress Scale and EPQ.The impact of the character traits on stress was analized. RESULTS:The stress scale showed that pregnant women's spouses had moderate str ess(M=1.53);The EPQ showed that pregnant women's spouses factor E(character intr oversion or extroversion), factor P(psychosis),factor N(neuroticism) and factor L(lie score)were higher than normal. They presented introverted characteristic w ith psychotic and neurotic predisposition, compared with normal(n=1 000) there w ere significant difference(t=22.32-34.88,P > 0.05);The stress level was positiv e correlation to the psychotic predisposition(r=0.196-0.347,P< 0.05).
