| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效.方法62例肝硬化腹水患者随机分为2组,均采用抗感染、利尿、保肝等综合治疗.治疗组在此基础上加用中药治疗.结果治疗组的总有效率为87.5%,显著优于对照组的63.3%(P＜0.05).结论中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水有良好的效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in combination with modern medicine in treatment of cirrhosis ascites. Methods 62 patients with cirrhosis ascites were randomly divided into two groups, all patients receiving the comprehensive treatment of anti-infection, diuretics and preserving liver etc.In addition, treatment group receiving the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Results The total effective rate in treatment group,which being 87.5%, was significantly better than that in control group, which being 63.3%(P<0.05). Conclusion It is effective that traditional Chinese medicine in combination with modern medicine in treatment of cirrhosis ascites. |
