全胃切除术治疗胃癌90例临床报告

目的对胃癌手术中全胃切除术的手术适应症以及术后并发症进行分析研究,指导临床治疗。方法对该院2006年1月—2011年12月期间收治的90例胃癌全胃切除术手术患者临床资料进行分析。结果该组全部胃癌手术患者中,术中未出现转院以及死亡病例,术后并发症发生病例为13例,并发症率为14.4%,5年生存患者为40例,5年生存率为44.4%。结论在胃癌患者实施全胃切除手术治疗中,应当科学确定手术适应症,选取正确的消化道重建方式,并强化手术期处理,才能够有效降低手术并发症,实现患者生存率提高的目标。

Total Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer a Report of 90 Cases

Objective To gastric cancer operation in total gastrectomy for operation indications and postoperative complications were analyzed,the guidance of clinical treatment.Methods The 2006 January-2011 December treated 90 cases of total gastrectomy for gastric cancer operation in patients with clinical data analysis.Results in this group of patients with gastric cancer after operation in all patients,not appearing in the courtyard and death cases,postoperative complications occurred in 13 cases of patients,the rate of complications was 14.4%,five year survival of patients with 40 cases,the five year survival rate was 44.4%.Conclusion In patients with gastric cancer after total gastrectomy in the treatment of the implementation of operation,should be scientifically determine the operation indications,the correct selection of the reconstruction of the digestive tract,and to strengthen the operation period processing,can effectively reduce the complications of operation,realize the goal of improving the survival rate of the patients.
