| 摘 要： | <正> 阵发性室性心动过速常伴有各种器质性心脏病,但也有一些无器质性心脏病的人出现阵发性室性心动过速。在运动员中偶尔见到此种心律失常,本文报道2例,其中1例随访近20年。

| Abstract: | Two cases of athletes with paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia (PVT) but without evidence of organic heart disease are reported. The two athletes were males, aged 22 and 23 years, one was a footballer and the other a long distance runner. One was followed up for nearly 20 years; he was in good health and had no PVT attacks although ventricular premature beats occasionally appeared. Review of the literature and preliminary discussion of the relationship between the PVT and exercise, symptoms, diagnosis, and training were presented. |
