| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆汁酸(TBA)在诊断肝胆疾病中的临床价值。方法采用循环酶速率法检测了128例患者,其中33例急性肝炎患者,41例慢性肝炎患者,22例肝硬化患者,18例肝癌患者,11例胆管阻塞患者。并与56例健康对照组的血清总胆汁酸含量进行比较。结果各类肝胆疾病患者TBA均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),其中TBA的阳性率在急性肝炎组、肝硬化组、胆管阻塞组、肝癌组均大于85%。结论TBA检测简便实用,对肝胆疾病的临床诊断有重要的临床意义。
