| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨喉癌行垂直部分喉切除术后的修复方法.方法:对21例T1、T2声门型、声门上型喉癌行垂直部分喉切除术,术中运用单侧双蒂胸骨甲状肌甲状舌骨肌甲状软骨膜瓣进行修复治疗.结果:术后拔管率为100%(21/21),发声良好率为90.5%(19/21).结论:双蒂胸骨甲状肌甲状舌骨肌甲状软骨膜瓣是喉垂直部分切除术后修复较理想的方法之一.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate reconstructive methods of laryngeal function after vertical partial laryngectomy.Methods: Twenty-one cases of T1 and T2 glottic cancer and superglottic cancer were treated with vertical partial laryngectomy.The laryngeal defect following partial laryngectomy was repaired with the double pedicle relay flap of sternohyoid muscle,thyrohyoid muscle and thyroid perichondrium.Results: The decannulation rate was 100%(21/21).Phonation was recovered well for 90.5%(19/21).Conclusions: The double pedicle relay flap of sternohyoid muscle,thyrohyoid muscle and thyroid perichondrium is an ideal method of reconstruction of laryngeal function after vertical partial laryngectomy. |
