| 摘 要： | 目的:观察羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HA)义眼台两种植入手术方法的治疗效果.方法:回顾性分析我院2007-06/2011-06植入HA义眼台26例26眼患者资料,分别采用直接肌锥内植入法、巩膜后肌锥内植入法2种手术方法.术后随访3～24(平均13)mo.结果:所有患者中有15例手术后整形效果良好,出现结膜囊狭窄、肉芽肿、上眶区凹陷6例,义眼活动不良3例,仅有2例发生义眼台脱出.HA义眼台植入后义眼活动度和稳定性好.结论:HA义眼台植入术是无眼球患者的首选,而巩膜后肌锥内植入法能明显降低手术后义眼台暴露率.

| Abstract: | AIM:To observe the treatment effect of two methods of hydroxyapatite(HA) implantation.METHODS:The clinical data of 26 patients with HA implantation were reviewed retrospectively from June 2007 to June 2011.HA were implanted into the muscle cone or into the muscle cone after the sclera.The mean follow-up time was 13(ranged 3 to 24) months.RESULTS:Fifteen cases had good effect after operation,only 2 cases were exposure.The ocular movement and stability were satisfactory after operation.CONCLUSION:HA is the first choice for patients without eyeball,and HA implanted into the muscle cone after the sclera can obviously reduce the rate of exposure after operation. |
