遵义市地氟病病区儿童含氟牙膏使用情况及尿氟含量调查

摘    要:目的:了解遵义市地氟病病区儿童含氟牙膏的使用情况及尿氟水平。方法:在高、中、低地氟病病区和非病区,每个区随机选取2个小学,对8~12岁儿童进行问卷调查和尿氟含量测定。结果:每个病区的含氟牙膏使用率均在60%以上;各病区含氟牙膏使用者的尿氟含量中位数均低于1.4mg/L。结论:遵义市地氟病病区儿童含氟牙膏使用广泛,但是使用含氟牙膏的8—12岁儿童的平均尿氟水平在正常范围内,并未见使用舍氟牙膏对尿氟水平的影响。

Abstract:Objective: To understand the situation of using fluoride toothpaste, and urinary fluoride level of children of endemic fluorosis area in Zunyi city. Methods: In high, middle, and low endemic fluorosis areas and non- endemic area, two shools were selected in every endemic area and non -endemic area, and children between 8 and 12 years old were randomly selected to do the questionnaire investigation and measure their urinary fluoride contents. Results: The usage rates of fluoride toothpaste were over 60%, and the medians of urinary fluoride content of the using fluoridated toothpaste groups were lower than 1.4 mg,/L in every endemic area. Conclusion: Fluoride toothpastes were widely used in endemic fluorosis area in Zunyi city, but the average urinary fluoride levels of the positive groups were nomal, and according to this investigation, we eann' t think that using fluoride toothpaste had influence on urinary fluoride level in children between 8 and 12 years old.
