中西医结合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕40例

目的观察中西医结合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为2组,对照组40例应用西医常规治疗,治疗组40例在西医常规治疗基础上加服半夏白术天麻汤加味治疗。观察2组治疗前后临床疗效、椎基底动脉平均血流速度及血液流变学指标变化。结果2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗前后基底动脉和左、右椎动脉平均血流速度比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,治疗后高于治疗前;2组治疗后基底动脉和左、右椎动脉平均血流速度比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,治疗组高于对照组。2组治疗前后血液流变学指标比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,治疗后低于治疗前;2组治疗后血液流变学指标比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,治疗组低于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效显著。

Clinical observation of combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the treatment of basilar artery insufficiency vertigo

Objective To observe the effect of combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the treatment of basilar artery insufficiency vertigo. Methods 80 patients with basilar artery insufficiency vertigo were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n = 40） were treated by routine therapy. 40 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Banxiabaizhutianma decoction and routine therapy. The therapeutic effect, blood flow rate of basilar artery and Hemorrheology indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences between before and after treatment on blood flow rate of basilar artery, LVA and RVA and Hemorrheology indexes in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Improvement of blood flow rate of basilar artery and Hemorrheology indexes in treatment group were superior to those in control group after treatment （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine has obvious effect on the treatment of basilar artery insufficiency vertigo.
