社会支持对师范类大学生学业倦怠的影响

摘    要:目的探究性别、学校层次及社会支持对师范类大学生学业倦怠的影响。方法采用大学生学业倦怠问卷和社会支持量表对301名师范类大学生进行施测。结果①师范类大学生学业倦怠水平较高,其中行为不当最为严重;②在性别上,学业倦怠的情绪低落和行为不当两维度均存在显著差异;③在学校层次上,情绪低落和成就感低两维度均存在显著的差异;④在社会支持的不同水平上,学业倦怠的各维度均存在显著差异。结论性别、学校层次及社会支持对师范类大学生学业倦怠的影响均具有统计学意义。

Abstract:Objective To examine the differences of normal college students learning burnout in sex, hierarchy of school and so cial support. Methods 301 college students were tested with College Students Learning Burnout and Social Support Scale. Results ①Normal college students' learning burnout score is comparatively high , the most serious is behavior inadequacy; ②In sex, burnout and behavior inadequacy were significantly different;③In the school level, emotion burnout and personal accomplish at,. both significantly different;④In social support, learning burnout differences are significant. Conclusion Normal college students' learning burnout are differences in sex, hierarchy of school and the level of social support.
