腓骨长肌移位韧带重建治疗陈旧性下胫腓关节分离

目的 介绍应用腓骨长肌移位韧带重建方法治疗陈旧性下胫腓关节分离。方法 对21例陈旧性无骨折的下胫腓关节分离患者行同侧腓骨长肌移位韧带重建、松质骨螺钉内固定术，术后10周取出内固定。结果，经2个月到10年的随访，结果是18例优良，2例可，1例差，优良率85．7％。结论 采用本法治疗无骨折的陈旧性下胫腓关节分离能明显改善症状，防止创伤性踝关节炎的发生发展。

Treatment of old lower tibiofibular articulation separation with long peroneal muscle graft and ligamental reconstruction

Objective:To describe a treatment method of old lower tibiofibular articulation separation with long peroneal muscle graft and ligament reconstruction.Methods: 21 patients with old lower tibiofibular articulation separation without fracture were operated upon using grafting the unilateral peroneous longus muscle and ligament reconstruction.Cancellous bone screws were used in the operation and the internal fixation apparatus were taken out at 10 weeks postoperatively.Results: The follow up period ranged from 6 months to 10 years.Of the 21 cases,18 has good results,2 fair and one no change.The excellent and good rate was 85.7%.Conclusion: This method of treatment is able to improve painful syndrome and prevent the development of traumatic arthritis.
