| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨前瞻性的护理质量管理模式的应用效果.方法 通过实行层级管理、无惩罚性护理缺陷呈报、护理质控前移,使护理质量管理由事后控制转向前瞻性的预防,确保病人得到的首次护理是正确的、护士首次做好正确的事.结果 2007年、2008年护士工作满意度、患者满意度及各项护理质量指标合格率较2007年以前有所提高.结论 前瞻性护理质量管理是使病人得到安全的、专业的护理服务的科学护理质量管理模式,是未来医院护理管理的发展趋势.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the quality of nursing management and forward - looking nursing management modeL Methods To practice the system-level management, submit non-punltive nursing report, put forward nursing quality, so that nursing management was from the control to prevention, to ensure that pa-tients receive the fight care, and nurses did a good job at the first time. Results The satisfaction degree of nurse, patients' satisfaction and the quality of nursing indicators had increased in 2007 than before. Conclusions The for-Ward - looking quality of nursing management is enable patients to be safe, professional care management model of scientific quality of care, hospital care management are the future trend of development. |
