23例外伤性脑梗塞的临床法医学鉴定分析

摘    要:目的探讨外伤性脑梗塞的形成机制及法医学鉴定要点。方法对23例外伤性脑梗塞伤者的性别、年龄、影像资料、临床症状体征、损伤程度、伤残程度以及因果关系鉴定情况进行回顾性分析。结果 23例中评为重伤1例;4例进行工伤评残,其中一级伤残1例,二级伤残2例,七级伤残1例;18例进行道路交通事故评残,评为一级3例,二级8例,三级伤残5例,四级伤残2例;1例进行伤病关系评定,评为直接因果关系。结论外伤性脑梗的形成机制复杂,可能是多因素作用的结果。伤后CT和MRI影像检查对外伤性脑梗塞的诊断及法医学鉴定有重要价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the pathogenesis and the forensic point of traumatic cerebral infarction (TCI). Methods The medical image, clinical material and forensic material in 23 cases of patients who have been identified with TC! were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 1 case identified Severe damage. 4 cases were identified according to standard for identify work ability-gradation of disability caused by work-related injuries and occupational disease, 1 of them identified the first level of disability,2 of them identified the second level of disability, I of them identified the seventh level of disability. 18 cases were i- dentified according to assessment for body impairment of the injured in road traffic accident,3 of them identified the first level of disability, 8 of them identified the second level of disability, 5 of them identified the third level of disability, 2 of them identified the forth level of disability. 1 case we assessed the relationship between injury and diease, identified direct causality. Conclusion The pathogenesis of TCI is complex, maybe on multiple factors. CT and MRI scanning make an important role in the diagnosis and forensic identification of TCI.
