摘    要:目的:研究海南产黄皮叶挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取黄皮叶挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对黄皮叶挥发油成分进行分析,并采用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。结果:共分离出41个峰,分析鉴定了其中的39种成分,所鉴定的成分占挥发油总量的98%以上,其中相对质量分数较高的成分有β-石竹烯(44.721%)、α-石竹烯(23.236%)、α-葎草烯(6.050%)、石竹烯氧化物(5.511%)、橙花叔醇(3.635%)等。结论:海南产黄皮叶挥发油中主要成分为倍半萜及其氧化物,主要成分为β-石竹烯,与其他产地黄皮叶挥发油成分及含量方面存在一些差异。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil extracted from leaves of Clausena lansium originated in Hainan province.Methods: The volatile oil was extracted by water steam distillation and then analyzed and identified by GC-MS.The relative percentage content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method.Results: A total of 41 compounds were separated by GC-MS,of which 39 components were identified,accounting for more than 98% of the total volatile oil.The oil is mainly composed of β-caryophyllene(44.721%),α-caryophyllene(23.236%),α-humulen(6.050%),caryophyllene oxide(5.511%) and nerolidol(3.635%).Conclusions: The main constituents of the volatile oil from the leaves of Clausena lansium originated in Hainan are sesqiuterpenes and its oxygenated derivatives,in which β-caryophyllene is the major constituent and there are some differences in components and contents compared with those grown in other parts.
