| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中C-erbB-2、Ki-67的表达,及对预后判断的作用。方法:应用免疫组化、形态计量、统计学等方法检测116例不同组织分级乳腺癌C-erbB-2及Ki-67的表达。结果:116例乳腺癌C-erbB-2、Ki-67阳性表达率分别为56.03%、73.28%,C-erbB-2阳性表达率与组织学分级、有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),Ki-67阳性表达率和组织学分级、有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:免疫组化指标C-erbB-2、Ki-67可作为乳腺癌的分子指标,对乳腺癌诊断、治疗选择和预测预后有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the expression of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in breast cancer and its significance in the prognosis of the disease.Methods: Expression of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in 116 samples of breast cancer at different histological grade were detected with immunohistochemistry,morphometry,statistical methods.Results:The positive expression rate of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 were 56.03%,73.28%,respectively,the positive expression rate of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 were correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P both <0.05).Conclusion: Immunohistochemical indicators of C-erbB-2,Ki-67 can be used as molecular indicators of breast cancer,which is valuable in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of breast cancer. |
