急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清中介素水平及其临床意义

目的:研究急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清中介素(IMD)的水平以及临床价值.方法:选取2015至2016年的ACS患者40例作为观察组,同时选择健康体检者40例作为健康对照组,检测两组患者的IMD以及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)指标,以冠状动脉造影结果结合Gensini积分进行冠状动脉狭窄评估,以Pearson相关分析方法评价IMD与各项指标的相关性.结果:观察组患者IMD与hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),血清IMD水平与Gensini积分以及hs-CRP水平均保持正相关(P<0.01).结论:ACS患者血清IMD水平明显高于健康人群,与冠脉病变病情进展存在密切的关系,可以作为ACS诊断以及预后评价的有效标志物.

Clinical Significance of Serum Adiponectin of Levels in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective:To study the clinical value of serum adiponectin of levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods:40 cases of ACS patients treated in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were select-ed as observation group, and 40 cases of healthy as healthy control group. IMD and hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs - CRP) indicator, with the result of coronary angiography, the Gensini score assessment of coro-nary artery stenosis with Pearson correlation analysis method to evaluate the IMD and the correlation of the in-dicators to be detected. Results:IMD and hs - CRP levels of observation group patients were significantly higher than that of control group ( P <0.01) , serum level of IMD and Gensini score and hs-CRP levels were maintaining positive correlation ( P <0.01) . Conclusion:The level of serum IMD in patients with ACS is sig-nificantly higher than that in healthy people, which is closely related to the progression of coronary artery dis-ease. It could be used as an effective marker for ACS diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.
