刺血拔罐配合针刺治疗坐骨神经痛50例疗效观察

目的观察委中穴刺血拔罐配合针刺治疗坐骨神经痛的疗效。方法将坐骨神经痛患者随机分为委中穴刺血拔罐配合针刺组(简称刺血组)50例和电针组45例。两组针刺方法相同,前者于针刺后进行委中穴刺血拔罐,后者在针刺时用G6805电针仪通电留针。结果首次治疗1 d后的即刻疗效对比,刺血组的显效率和有效率分别为70.0%和96.0%,电针组分别为17.8%和66.7%;全部疗程结束1 d后的短期疗效对比,刺血组显效率和有效率分别为78.0%和98.0%,电针组分别为46.7%和88.9%;半年随访的远期疗效对比,刺血组的痊愈率和有效率分别为64.0%和96.0%,电针组分别为37.8%和84.4%。三阶段疗效对比,刺血组均优于电针组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论委中穴刺血拔罐配合针刺对坐骨神经痛具有良好疗效。

Observations on the Efficacy of Point Weizhong Blood-letting Puncture and Cupping Plus Acupuncture for Treating 50 Sciatica Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of point Weizhong blood-letting puncture and cupping plus acupuncture for treating sciatica.Methods Sciatica outpatients were randomly allocated to a blood-letting puncture group of 50 cases(point Weizhong blood-letting puncture and cupping plus acupuncture) and an electroacupuncture group of 45 cases.The acupuncture method was the same in both groups.In the former,point Weizhong blood-letting puncture and cupping was performed after acupuncture;in the latter,a G6805 electroacupuncture device was used to electrify the retained needles during acupuncture.Results A comparison of the curative effects at one day after the first treatment showed that the marked efficacy rate and effective rate were 70.0% and 96.0%,respectively,in the blood-letting puncture group and 17.8% and 66.7%,respectively,in the electroacupuncture group.A comparison of the short-term effects at one day after the completion of treatment showed that the marked efficacy rate and effective rate were 78.0% and 98.0%,respectively,in the blood-letting puncture group and 46.7% and 88.9%,respectively,in the electroacupuncture group.A comparison of the long-term effects at a half year follow-up showed that the marked efficacy rate and effective rate were 64.0% and 96.0%,respectively,in the blood-letting puncture group and 37.8% and 84.4%,respectively,in the electroacupuncture group.The comparison of the curative effects of the three periods showed that all those were better in the blood-letting puncture group than in the control groups and there were very significant differences(all P<0.01).Conclusion Point Weizhong blood-letting puncture and cupping plus acupuncture has a good curative effect on sciatica.
