2006年龙岩市综合医院肺结核诊断与治疗管理现状调查

目的]了解县级综合性医院对住院8市结核病人的诊断、治疗、管理情况。为促进结核病防治机构与综合性医院相互合作，实施现代结核病控制策略（PPM-DOTS）．规范结核病诊断弓治疗管理提供科学的依据。方法]检查县级综合性医院传染科住院肺结核病人病历资料，收集病人抗结核药物用药情况、痰检及网络直报资料。结果]2006年6～9月，龙岩市5所综合性医院住院肺结核病人41例。其中．初治34例，复治7例；杳痰28例，查痰率68．3％（28／41），结核分枝杆菌检出率28．6％（8／28）。13例未查痰病人中11例使用抗结核药物；网络直报漏报率29．3％。结论]应规范住院肺结核病人的诊断与治疗管理，控制结核病流行。

Survey on Diagnosis and Treatment of Tuberculosis in General Hospital in Longyan City in 2006

Objective]To understand the diagnosis,treatment and management of tuberculosis for inpatients in county general hospital,in order to promote Public-Private Mix for DOTS(PPM-DOTS) and provide scientific basis for diagnosis and treatment of TB.Methods]Data of the inpatients' case history at the department of contagious disease in county general hospital were examined,the cases' information of anti-tuberculosis drugs,result of sputum smear examination and direct reporting with network were collected.Results]From June to September 2006,there were 41 inpatient TB cases in 5 general hospitals,including 34 new cases and 7 re-treated ones;sputum samples were examined for 28 cases and 8 were positive.68.3% TB patients' sputum samples were examined.(28/41).Mycobacterium tuberculosis was detected in 28.6%(8/28) of the TB patients.Among 13 cases,who did no had sputum examined,11 had taken anti-tuberculosis drugs.The proportion of missing report of direct network reporting was 29.3%.Conclusion]The diagnosis and treatment for TB inpatients must be standardized.The epidemic of tuberculosis can be controlled.
