| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨益气活血法对脑缺血再灌注大鼠行为学及脑组织内NGF水平改变的影响。方法:采用中动脉阻塞法制备动物模型,检测脑组织内生化指标及行为学指标。结果:缺血再灌注模型组较空白组对照,脑组织NGF含量减少;治疗组较模型组NGF含量有所增高,神经功能也有一定的提高。结论:益气活血法对脑缺血再灌注损伤有一定防治作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the effects he method of Yiqi-Huoxue on NGF levels in in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury rats.Methods:The method of middle cerebral artery occlution was used to evaluate the level changes of NGF in the brain and the changes of nerve function.Results:Compared with control group,in model group rats,the level of NGF in the brain decreased significantly;compared with model group and we can observe the neuronal damage or some inflammatory reactions;after the treatment,the contents of which in the brain increased,and nerve function the have increased.Conclusion:The method of Yiqi-Huoxue can prevent and cure the ischemia and reperfusion injury in some degrees. |
