光动力疗法在中国鲜红斑痣患者治疗中的应用

鲜红斑痣影响患者的外貌,甚至心理健康。虽然已经有许多的方法治疗鲜红斑痣,但是病灶的有效清除率仍然有限。光动力疗法是鲜红斑痣患者最新的治疗选择。在此综述内主要介绍与探讨不同的光敏剂和光源对中国鲜红斑痣患者的病灶有效清除率和不良反应的影响。

Treatment of port wine stains with photodynamie therapy in Chinese patients

Port wine stains affect patients on either cosmetic or functional,and even psychological aspects.Although many therapeutic modalities have been applied,the effective clearance rate of this bothersome problem is still limited to some extent.Photodynamic therapy is a state-of-the-art option for patients with port wine stains.In this article,clearance rates and adverse effects of different photodynamic therapy measures(including photosensitizers and light sources)for Chinese patients were reviewed.
